Your new role The company is seeking an experienced registered valuer to provide interim support delivering high-quality compliance valuations across a varied East Midlands property portfolio. The successful professional will operate fully remotely, offering accurate, timely, and audit-ready valuations that meet all regulatory and internal standards.
What you'll need to succeed They will bring strong technical expertise across residential and commercial assets, along with the ability to manage workload independently, communicate clearly with internal teams, and maintain consistently high reporting standards. This role suits a detail-driven surveyor with proven experience in compliance valuations, strong knowledge of East Midlands property markets, and confidence working in a remote surveying environment.
