The Role
As a Valuer, you will:
- Deliver accurate and confident property valuations
- Lead and conduct market appraisals
- Act as a key driver in the client journey from instruction to completion
- Conduct property viewings when required
- Network and generate referrals to support business growth
- Build strong relationships with clients and convert valuations into instructions
Valuer requirements:
- Proven track record within estate agency
- Experience carrying out and winning market appraisals
- Strong understanding of the property market (local knowledge desirable)
- Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
- Team player with a proactive, motivated attitude
- Ability to build rapport and convert opportunities into business
