VEHICLE TECHNICIAN.
Join Hedin Automotive BMW workshop team as a Vehicle Technician, working across the full range of BMW and MINI vehicles, you’ll use the latest diagnostic tools and service technology while developing your expertise through bespoke training at the BMW UK Training Academy.
YOUR ROLE.
As a BMW Vehicle Technician, you’ll carry out routine servicing, diagnose complex faults, complete repairs, and replace components on customer vehicles, used stock, and retail units.
The main duties of the role include:

Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to BMW/MINI UK standards

Meeting productivity and quality targets

Advising on additional repair needs

Staying updated on technical information

Completing video health checks and CitNows for customers

Road testing vehicles when required
YOUR PROFILE.

IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent)
-
Proven experience within a professional automotive service or repair environment (BMW/MINI advantageous)

Strong background in complex repairs and maintenance

Eligible to work in the UK with a clean UK driving licence (min. 1 year)

SALARY AND HOURS.
Competitive Basic Salary (depending on experience), with an OTE £50,000 to £60,000 + per annum
Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm with Sat, 8am to 12.30pm (1 in 4 rota basis) paid as overtime.
