Vehicle Technician
Location: Norwich
Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 Basic | £45,000 – £50,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday rota
The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership in Norwich.
This is a great opportunity to work within a professional workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
- Perform diagnostics and fault finding using modern equipment
- Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findings
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Work collaboratively with the workshop and service team
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic skills (advantageous for higher salary bracket)
- MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
