Vehicle Technician – Audi
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £36,000–£50,000 Basic (Depending on Experience) + Bonus
Hours: Full Time, 1 in 3 Saturdays

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a prestigious Audi dealership in Glasgow. This role offers the chance to work within a leading manufacturer environment, using the latest diagnostic equipment and benefiting from full brand training and progression opportunities.
You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest Audi standards, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on Audi vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults accurately.
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work opportunities.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with Audi and manufacturer standards.
- Use diagnostic equipment and systems effectively.
- Accurately complete job cards and service documentation.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and workshop colleagues.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop.
Desirable
- Audi or Volkswagen Group experience.
- MOT Tester qualification.
- Hybrid/EV certification.
- Main dealer or franchise experience.
