We are recruiting a Waiter / Waitress for a premium restaurant located inside a high-end retail environment in Soho, West End.
This is a rare opportunity to work mainly daytime shifts with straight 8-hour shifts and no late finishes – ideal for experienced waiting staff seeking better work-life balance in London hospitality.
The Role
- Full-time 40-hour contract
- Straight 8-hour shifts
- Mix of opens and closes (latest finish 9:00pm)
- Predominantly daytime shifts
- High-quality, premium service environment
The Candidate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Waiter / Waitress within a quality restaurant in London
- Confident with full table service and guest interaction
- Professional, polished and service-focused
- Stable employment background
Fluent English essential
Italian or additional European languages advantageous
