Warden Call Service Engineer Role Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Warden Call Service Engineer to join a well-established fire and security company covering South East London and the Home Counties.
This is a service and reactive maintenance role. You'll be responsible for servicing, fault finding and responding to reactive call-outs on a range of warden call systems, ensuring customers receive a reliable and efficient service.
The successful candidate must have experience working on Tunstall and Tynetec systems.
Warden Call Service Engineer – Role & Responsibilities
- Service and maintain warden call systems across a variety of customer sites.
- Attend reactive call outs and diagnose system faults.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Fault find and repair warden call systems to minimise downtime.
- Complete service reports and all relevant paperwork accurately.
- Identify remedial works and report findings where required.
- Provide a high level of customer service whilst representing the company on site.
- Participate in a 1 in 7 out-of-hours on-call rota.
Warden Call Service Engineer – Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining warden call systems.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Competent working on Tunstall and Tynetec products is essential.
- Previous experience within a service and maintenance role.
- Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload.
