Warehouse Operative – Avonmouth
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Avonmouth at their new modern warehouse.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.
This role would suit applicants who have worked in a similar role such as a Picker Packer, Order Picker, or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts:
• Working 4 days out of 7 • Start times between 05:00 / 06:00 • 10-hour shifts

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Order picking in both ambient and chilled environments • Packing orders • Loading and unloading deliveries • Completing stock checks and basic documentation • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment • Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
• Previous warehouse experience • Basic computer literacy • Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Training:
• Full training provided • Paid induction and site tour on first day
