The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
- Scanning products and updating stock movements using handheld scanners and internal systems
- Supporting the receipt and storage of incoming deliveries
- Ensuring products are stored correctly and accurately for traceability
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Working closely with colleagues to meet operational targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Experience using handheld scanners is desirable
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to health and safety procedures

- £26,750 annual salary
- Additional £1,000 salary increase once trained on machinery
