Warehouse Operative Vacancy!

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Join our team as a Production / Warehouse Operative in a dynamic and growing production environment. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Fill products using machinery or manual methods efficiently and accurately.
- Minimise waste and maintain production efficiency.
- Label bottles and containers according to customer and stock requirements.
- Pack, wrap, and strap finished goods onto pallets.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across machines and production areas.
- Report any machine faults or issues promptly to the Supervisor.
- Complete all necessary production and filling documentation.
- Ensure all filled products meet company and legal weight requirements.
- Support warehouse duties including picking and packing orders.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including forklift use where applicable.
- Handle associated goods-in and goods-out paperwork.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous production or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
- Forklift experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive with a good level of initiative.
- Able to follow instructions and meet production schedules.
- Quick to respond to issues and problem-solve effectively.
