People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative – Burscough, Lancashire to join our well-established client based in Burscough, Lancashire.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Warehouse Assistant, Goods In Operative, or Logistics Operative.
Shifts
• Sunday: 08:00 – 16:00 • Monday to Thursday: 10:00 – 18:00
Rates of Pay
• £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
• Wrapping pallets ready for dispatch • Preparing customer orders for dispatch • Picking and packing orders accurately • Loading and unloading stock as required • Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment • Supporting other warehouse functions as required • Following all health and safety procedures
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
• Previous warehouse experience • A hardworking and reliable attitude • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Excellent punctuality and attendance • Willingness to learn new skills • Good attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience within a warehouse or logistics environment • Experience picking and packing orders • Experience preparing goods for dispatch
Training Provided
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
