People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Kettering / Islip (NN14 3JW).
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, long-term ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for career progression within a modern warehouse environment. This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, or Picker Packer, as well as those with experience as a Warehouse Worker, Logistics Operative, or Distribution Operative.
Shifts:
- Fixed PM shift – 14:00 – 22:00
Choose one of the following shift patterns:
- Friday to Tuesday
- Thursday to Monday
Please note, both shift patterns include weekend working.
Rates of Pay:
- Monday to Friday: £14.74 per hour
- Saturday and Sunday: £17.76 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Sorting and placing stock onto pallets and rails
- Picking goods using LLOP equipment in line with KPI targets
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for dispatch
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health and safety
- Operating LLOP vehicles safely and efficiently
- Lifting and carrying products weighing up to fifteen kilograms
- Supporting warehouse operations as required
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- LLOP experience is desirable but not essential
- Own reliable transport due to site location and shift times
- Ability to work full-time fixed PM shifts
- Basic English and numeracy skills
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to fifteen kilograms
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test and basic English and Numeracy Test
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
