Job Overview
My client is currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to support a busy operation on a short-term basis. This role involves light, repetitive stickering and packing work and would suit someone who is hands-on, accurate and able to maintain consistency over large volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Placing small items into protective sleeves
- Packing completed items into boxes
- Sealing boxes securely for dispatch
- Labelling sleeves and outer packaging accurately
- Applying stickers to sleeves (high-volume task – approximately 30,000 units)
- Ensuring all work meets quality and presentation standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Supporting general warehouse duties where required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is essential
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Good manual dexterity
- Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
