Warehouse Operative – Warrington
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, paid breaks, ongoing work, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, Picker Packer, General Operative, Loader, Distribution Operative, or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts
• Working any four days out of seven (rota provided in advance) • 12:00 – 22:00 (10-hour shifts)
Rates of Pay
• £13.77 – £20.65 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently • Loading vehicles safely and securely • Moving stock throughout the warehouse, including manual handling and heavy lifting • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment • Following all health and safety procedures and company standards
Essential Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A hardworking, reliable, and positive attitude • The ability to work effectively as part of a team • A good standard of spoken and written English • To be physically fit, as manual handling and heavy lifting are required • Previous warehouse experience
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse picking systems is advantageous
Training Provided
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
