About us
Our client, a global manufacturer based in Dorking is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team. You will be a valued part of the ever-growing team and become part of a long-standing successful business.
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all the company’s inventory records are timely and accurately recorded.
- Executing warehouse activities relating to goods receipt, goods put away, order picking, packing and shipping.
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of housekeeping to ensure that the area of goods in and warehouse locations are kept clean, safe and tidy.
- Ensuring the highest possible stock availability of Spares Kits and Assemblies including the maintenance of work instructions and process sheets.
Desirable Attributes
- The ability to work within a friendly team.
- A willingness to get involved and take responsibility.
- Forklift experience desirable but not essential
- Previous warehouse experience is highly beneficial
- Great attitude towards work
