Warehouse Operative
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse where you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately. If you're reliable, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Enjoy an early finish every Friday.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Receiving and checking deliveries.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Preparing orders for dispatch.
- Putting stock away and maintaining organised warehouse locations.
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory counts.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well organised.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Warehouse Operative.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- To be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
