Who are we?
The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery that makes deliciously crafted bread, cakes, and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL’s bakeries, neighbourhood grocery stores, restaurants, and more!
As our teams grow, we are looking for our next Warehouse Operative.
A valid Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licence, along with a full UK driving licence, is required.
Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
- Receive goods in and complete all relevant paperwork
- Store stock correctly and maintain accurate stock levels
- Support stock checks and ensure stock accuracy
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage
- Carry out basic quality checks and report issues
- Work across warehouse, chiller, freezer, and yard areas
- Keep all working areas clean and organised
- Perform daily equipment checks, including truck charging
- Follow all company health and safety procedures

Contracted hours: 40 hours – Full Time
Working Hours: 22:00 -06:00
Shift Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7
Location: 11 Tanners Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK14 5BU, GB
