Freezer Warehouse Operative – Nuneaton, Warwickshire
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Freezer Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for progression within a supportive logistics environment.
This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts:
• Four on, four off – Days: 07:00 – 19:00 • Four on, four off – Nights: 19:00 – 07:00
Rates of Pay:
• Days: £13.56 per hour • Nights: £15.85 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
• Picking frozen food items using voice-pick technology in minus twenty-one degree conditions • Operating MHE, including Reach and Counterbalance FLT • Moving, sorting, and organising stock within the warehouse • Wrapping and securing completed pallets for despatch • Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times • Carrying out additional warehouse duties as required
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you will need:
• Previous experience working in a freezer environment • Voice-pick and system picking experience • MHE experience, including PPT, Reach, or Counterbalance • A good level of spoken and written English • Reliability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Previous four on, four off and/or night shift experience preferred
Desirable Experience:
• Previous experience in a freezer or chilled warehouse environment
Training:
• Industry-related training provided • Ongoing support throughout your assignment
