Warehouse Operative (PPT)
Aylesford, Kent
Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 3:00pm
£27,000 per annum + £200 Monthly Attendance Bonus (after probation)

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and expanding logistics operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment who enjoys a varied role involving goods in, picking, put-away and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload inbound deliveries, including pallets and IBCs.
- Scan incoming shipments into the warehouse management system.
- Put away stock into the correct warehouse locations.
- Break down mixed pallet deliveries and distribute products to the correct storage areas.
- Pick customer orders accurately to specification.
- Band, strap and wrap shipments in line with ADR regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare shipments and attach the correct documentation.
- Print labels and confirm stock receipts using warehouse computer systems.
- Operate Counterbalance Forklifts and Electric Pallet Trucks (PPT).
- Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure freight is ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within a fast-moving warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience picking, putting away and preparing shipments.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (SAP experience would be advantageous).
- A valid external Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- A valid external PPT (Electric Pallet Truck) Licence.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
