Warehouse & FLT Operative (with Van Driving)
Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £26,227.50 per annum
Annual Leave: 27 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays
Start: Subject to a basic DBS check (cost reimbursed)

What You’ll Be Doing
This position is split roughly 50/50 between van delivery driving and warehouse/FLT duties.
Driving & Deliveries
- Loading a company van with customer orders
- Completing safe, efficient deliveries within short to mid-range distances
- Providing excellent customer service on arrival
- Representing the business professionally at client sites
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
- Safe loading and unloading of vehicles
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders
- Participating in stock counts
- General housekeeping to maintain a clean, organised warehouse
Who We’re Looking For
Essential
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
- Valid and accredited counterbalance FLT licence (issued within the last 5 years, no in-house licences are accepted)
- Satisfactory employment references
- Recent experience in a warehouse environment
- Confident, recent forklift operating experience
- Physically fit and comfortable with daily manual handling
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Strong team player with a flexible, positive attitude
Preferred
- Previous experience delivering to client sites
- Access to own transport for commuting
