Warehouse Picker (Part-Time)

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Picker to become part of a busy and friendly warehouse team. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently and on time.

Duties:

Order Picking & Packing

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring orders are complete and correctly labelled
  • Package products securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Help achieve daily productivity and dispatch targets
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Goods In & Stock Control

  • Check incoming goods against delivery notes
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management
  • Report damaged goods, shortages or stock discrepancies
  • Help maintain accurate stock records and warehouse locations

Warehouse Operations

  • Handle products carefully to minimise damage and waste
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse
  • Carry out basic equipment checks and report any issues
  • Contribute ideas to improve warehouse efficiency and processes

Health & Safety

  • Follow all company health and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Carry out manual handling duties safely and responsibly
  • Report hazards, accidents or near misses promptly

What We're Looking For

Desirable Experience

  • Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience
