Please Note: Successful candidates hired for the Sawley Distribution Centre will be required to train and support the current operation here in Sawley for a period up to nine months. We would then require you to transfer to our Bardon Distribution Centre in LE67 and would be required to attend these locations using your own transport. At Aldi, every day is different. As a Selector, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Using a headset to receive instructions, you’ll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities • Select products accurately to meet picking targets • Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy • Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided) • Opportunities in our Ambient and Chiller sections
Skills & Experience • Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast paced role • Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment • Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock
