Warehouse Picker Packer
All Square Recruitment are recruiting Picker Packers to join a busy distribution team in Basildon, Essex.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Picker Packer – Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from stock based on picking lists.
- Ensure correct quantities and product codes are selected.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Work in a team to collectively achieve targets
- Report to the Warehouse Supervisor with any product defects
Experience required for the role
- Previous experience in a warehouse picking and packing role
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Reliable, with excellent timekeeping & a positive attitude.
Picker Packer – Shift Details
- Monday to Friday
- 07:15 – 16:00
- Job Type: Full-time
- £13.38 per hour
