Warehouse Operative / Production Assistant (Temporary, ongoing)
Location: Harrow
Pay Rate: £13.01 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (08:00 – 19:00)
Break: 45 minutes per shift
About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing paint manufacturing company based in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to join a friendly and supportive team within a busy production and warehouse environment.
This is a hands-on role where no prior paint experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with the mixing and preparation of paints (full training provided)
- Labelling products and ensuring all orders are correctly identified
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
What We're Looking For
- SPEED! the ability to work quickly and accurately is imperative
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not required
