Warehouse Supervisor Job Role:
We are partnering with a fantastic employer in a fast-paced and growing industry, seeking an enthusiastic and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of shift operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and outstanding service standards across all warehouse activities. You will lead from the front, providing guidance, support, and direction to a team of operatives while maintaining a safe, productive, and positive working environment.
Hours of work – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives.
- Ensure shift operations run efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and performance against targets.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and escalations.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration and customer service excellence.
What's required:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and driving performance.
