Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Daventry
Salary: – £33,000
Warehouse Team Leader required for an automotive small/medium component manufacturer based in Daventry. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience in a production or engineering environment. Driving Licence, Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences are essential for this position.
Warehouse Team Leader Overview
- Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.
- Conduct daily team briefings to communicate workload, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Allocate work effectively, ensuring resources are used efficiently while providing hands-on support when required.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, work order completion, and warehouse performance, reporting progress and issues to management.
- Carry out quality checks, investigate operational issues, and support root cause analysis to resolve problems.

- Working hours – Monday – Friday 8-4
- 25 days holiday + bank hols
