Reporting directly into a Partner, you will maintain and develop existing relationships with profitable clients, providing ongoing financial planning service and advice.
Key Deliverables:
- Manage a number of existing clients to provide high quality financial planning.
- Meet any agreed fees targets and KPI’s.
- Deliver financial planning and service to clients to a professional standard.
- Delegate as appropriate and communicate clearly with the team.
- Undertake client review process with agreed frequency of contact.
- Support and assist in implementing marketing initiatives with Partners.
- Undertake appropriate professional development and training.
- Operate within the compliance and professional standards of the business
The Right candidate:
- Experience in private client wealth planning.
- Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client trust and inspire confidence.
- Articulate – able to communicate effectively and professionally in verbal and written form.
- Solutions orientated and imaginative in creating these solutions.
- Commercial mindset.
- Motivated, ambitious and hard-working.
- Comprehensive understanding of key areas of financial planning and generic solutions.
- Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines / work within restricted timescales.
- Flexible and reliable team member.
- Ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach to work.
- Intermediate knowledge of CRMs, Cashflow planning software, investment research software and MS Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Minimum professional qualification – working towards Chartered Financial Planner Qualification or Equivalent
