About the role
We’re looking for a Stock Controller to help manage the flow of materials at our Ashby site. You’ll play a key role in keeping stock accurate, safe and traceable – supporting great teamwork and high standards across the warehouse.

What will you be doing?

Lead safe working practices and help create a positive, safety-first culture

Tackle stock control challenges with accuracy and confidence – from intake to rotation

Collaborate with colleagues across the warehouse and wider site to keep things flowing

Make a real impact by training others on warehouse systems and supporting troubleshooting

Learn and grow through hands-on experience and continuous improvement

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations – you know your stuff and enjoy sharing it

Practical skills in inventory systems and Microsoft Office – helping the team work smarter

Relevant experience in a busy warehouse environment – transferable skills are welcome

Bonus points for a Forktruck Licence or understanding of food hygiene – but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box
