Hourly rate: £14.80 Per Hour - Shifts are Monday to Friday either 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00

We are seeking warm, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our pool of Welcome Hosts, supporting one of our prestigious corporate clients on an ad-hoc temporary basis in Warwick.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel valued and well-supported from the moment they arrive.
About the Role
As a Welcome Host, you will provide a blend of front-of-house and post room support. Each shift is varied, and you will be expected to adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and a friendly approach
- Support with post room duties, including receiving goods
- Manage internal and external post collection and distribution
- Efficiently handle incoming calls and general enquiries
- Uphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followed
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer-service role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm and confident in both busy and quiet periods
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable switching between tasks
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service
