First Achieve Engineering Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client in North
Lanarkshire as they look to recruit an experienced Time-Served Welder to support a growing
workload and upcoming project pipeline.
£18.00 – £19.00 per hour
Monday-Friday Day Shift (Standard hours 7am-3.30pm with overtime available)
Essential Requirements:
* Time-Served Welder
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Proficient in MIG, TIG and Stick welding techniques
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
* Experience welding steel, stainless steel and aluminium
* Full Right to Work in the UK
The Role:
* Welding a variety of materials to a high standard.
* Working from engineering drawings and specifications.
* Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
* Supporting production targets and project deadlines.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Important: Due to the nature of the role and upcoming project requirements, all
candidates must be confident in their welding ability. A practical weld test will be conducted
on day one prior to employment being confirmed.
