Job description
Seeking experienced Window/Door Fabricators to join our team. Role combines factory manufacturing with responsive on-site after sales support and rectification works.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment. On-site remedial or customer-facing support experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading technical drawings and following supplier manuals precisely. Exceptional diagnostic skills with meticulous attention to detail to resolve faults.
• Operational Flexibility: Ability to work independently on client sites for aftersales cover and collaboratively within the factory team. Adaptable to shifting priorities between production and field support.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, professional customer-facing conduct, and a commitment to delivering a fault-free finished product.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Fabrication/Remediation of Aluminium /PVCU Doors and/or Windows
• Ensure the quality of the product
• Communicate effectively with co-workers
• Timely completion of work assignments
• Manage own time efficiently
• Demonstrate a flexible, can-do approach to their work and the needs of the business
• Full Driving License Required
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
Experience:
• General Fabrication: 2 years (required)
