Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a special needs Maths teacher for a SEND school based in Woverhampton , who enjoys teaching the subject and wants to make a genuine difference in the classroom.
This is a full-time position at a SEND school in Wolverhampton, starting as soon as possible and continuing until April 2027. Whether you're earlier in your teaching career or bring years of experience, we'd be interested in hearing from you. The role is a maternity cover
The successful candidate will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 for the right person. You'll be joining a department that values good teaching, strong relationships with students, and a practical approach to raising achievement.
We're not looking for someone who can perform miracles. We're looking for a teacher who knows their subject, sets high expectations, and can help students build confidence alongside mathematical understanding.
To be considered, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with a variety of special needs
- 1 year or more Experience teaching Maths in a UK
- Strong classroom management skills
- A commitment to helping all students achieve their potential
