Women’s Development Coordinator
Salary c. £25,000 – £27,000 per annum dependent on experience

We are looking for one person to join our team and support the delivery of the Women in Golf strategic framework by coordinating and supporting on related projects
Within this role you will work with the Women’s Development Manager and wider Women’s team to support in the development and delivery of key projects, resources, educational workshops and conferences at county, regional and national level as and when required. You will support the coordination of the Women in Golf Charter, including its relaunch, renewals process, ongoing impact tracking, sharing best practice, and delivering education to regional and national stakeholders.
We’re looking for a strong candidate who has:
- An understanding of the sporting landscape within England
- Excellent organisational, administrative and team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleague
- Outstanding communication skills
- Prior experience of project coordination and delivery roles
The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Home based position. This position is required to travel as necessary to meetings and to visit England Golf headquarters as required (The National Golf Centre, Woodhall Spa).
