ear 1 Teacher – Primary School (Manchester)
September 2026 – February 2027 | Key Stage 1 Teaching Role
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a nurturing and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Manchester area from September 2026 through to February 2027.
This inclusive and community-focused school is committed to providing a safe, engaging and inspiring learning environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential. With a strong emphasis on early learning, phonics and personal development, the school is looking for a committed KS1 practitioner who can build strong foundations for young learners during this important stage of their education.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Deliver engaging and creative Year 1 lessons across the KS1 curriculum
- Support pupil's early development in reading, writing and maths, with a strong focus on phonics
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Use assessment effectively to identify next steps and support pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents and support teams to promote positive outcomes
To Be Considered You Must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1 or Early Years
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and a nurturing teaching style
- Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning and pupil development
