About the Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, helping pupils build confidence and independence as they transition into Key Stage 2.
You will be expected to create a positive and structured learning environment that enables all pupils to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Year 3 lessons
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Maintain positive behaviour and engagement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
What We're Looking For
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Strong classroom management skills
- Good understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- A positive and enthusiastic approach
