- Numerical data entry on Sage and other practice management platforms
- Payment entry and fraud checks
- Invoice checking and calculations
- Making payments
- Collecting money
- Chasing client payments / credit control
- Time recording

- Opening files
- Closing files
- Archiving
- Assisting with preparation of yearly accounts for filing with Companies House
- Assisting with the preparation of management account and month end duties
- Assisting with property related expenditure
- Assisting with property management and deposit protection
Accounts Assistant – Sage Experience
- Assisting with yearly audit
- Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing
- Scheduling client appointments
- Managing key and important deadlines
- Managing customer records and due diligence (KYC)
- All other reasonable tasks and office errands which we may ask you to undertake
