Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with a growing organisation seeking an experienced ERP & BI Systems Specialist to take ownership of their Epicor ERP and Power BI environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining ERP development, business intelligence, data analytics, and process improvement to drive real business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise Epicor ERP (Kinetic/v10+)
Develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and customisations
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions
Build and support integrations between ERP and other business systems
Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
Drive automation, reporting improvements, and data governance initiatives
What We're Looking For:
3+ years' experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic or v10+)
Strong experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, dashboards, and workflows
Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and RLS
Strong SQL Server / T-SQL experience
Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications via APIs
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
This role is fully onsite in Luton and offers the opportunity to become the go-to expert for a business-critical ERP and analytics platform.
