What will you do as an Export Logistics Coordinator ?
- Co-ordinate shipment of goods from Asia to key customer accounts
- Processing PODs, identifying, and resolving errors / delays
- Booking customer shipments with 3rd party companies & preparing export documentation
- Raising contracts and liaising with contract manufacturers and international suppliers
- Ensuring order accuracy and coordinating movement of stock to be in the right place at the right time
What do you need as an Export Logistics Coordinator?
- FMCG / Consumer goods experience within an SME brand
- Worked with shipping companies and 3PL warehouses
- Experience of moving goods via different Incoterms
- Ideally have experience preparing export documents
- Intermediate Excel skills ( V lookups )
