Location: Norwich
Salary: £37,000 – possible £37,500

We’re looking for an HR Advisor who brings professionalism, pragmatism, and a genuinely people-first mindset. Someone who can balance the realities of day-to-day HR with a passion for helping others do their best work.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on generalist role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide practical advice and guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development, to performance, wellbeing, and organisational change.
You’ll take ownership of employee relations casework, handling matters with fairness, discretion, confidence, and efficiency. If you’ve worked in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or similar), you’ll know how to adapt quickly and support operational needs — experience that will be highly valued in this role.

What We’re Looking For
You’re likely to be a great fit if you have:
- Proven HR generalist experience within a UK-based organisation
- Experience managing a variety of employee relations cases and providing practical HR advice
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- CIPD qualification (or are currently working towards it) They would even help with this
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Ideally prior experience within manufacturing or operations
