A well-established professional services firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager & PA to support the Director and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining office management, PA support, legal secretarial duties, staff coordination, and operational support. The successful candidate will become a key central figure within the business, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Provide PA and administrative support to the Director and Corporate/Commercial team
- Prepare, format and amend legal documents and correspondence
- Audio typing and document production with high accuracy
- Manage diaries, meetings, emails and priorities
- Coordinate office suppliers, maintenance and facilities
- Support onboarding, recruitment and staff administration
- Assist with IT coordination and liaise with external support providers
- Maintain office systems, records, policies and procedures
- Help improve internal processes and office efficiency
- Organise meetings, training and staff events
About You
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Practice Manager or senior PA
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident working independently and solving problems proactively
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Professional, approachable and highly organised
Desirable
- Experience within a legal or professional services environment
- Knowledge of SRA compliance or regulated sectors
- Experience using case management systems such as Leap
