Adapro Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting a Bedfordshire based, PE Backed hospitality business with their recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing the preparation of monthly management accounts, and working closely with senior stakeholders across the commercial and operational teams to provide valuable insight that drives business decision making.
The Senior Finance Business Partner will help shape performance management across the business, with a real emphasis is on insight, challenge and action, rather than simply producing numbers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with commercial and operational teams to support strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
- Providing financial insight on sales performance, margin, and profitability
- Identifying risks, opportunities and performance trends early, and helping the business respond with clear actions.
- Supporting key stakeholders with business drivers, including growth, margin improvement and operational performance initiatives.
- Leading performance review processes and embedding a more data-led approach to planning and decision-making.
- Improving the quality, relevance and commercial impact of financial information across the business.
The successful candidate will be a Professionally Qualified Accountant with strong commercial finance or business partnering experience. They will have the capability to work in a fast paced, operational or multi-site environment and will be comfortable challenging and influencing non-finance stakeholders.
Our Client is offering a Salary of £75,000 – £80,000 + Benefits
