This is an ideal role for a confident Senior Private Client Paralegal / Will Writer who enjoys managing a busy caseload, supporting clients through important life decisions and mentoring junior team members.
About the role
Working within a friendly and successful Private Client team, the successful Senior Private Client Paralegal / Will Writer will be responsible for:
- Drafting a wide range of wills
- Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Managing a high-volume caseload efficiently and accurately
- Supervising and supporting junior members of the team
- Delivering excellent client service throughout the process
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Private Client experience
- Experience drafting wills and LPAs
- An LLB, STEP qualification or recognised Will Writing qualification
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload effectively
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous
- A positive and professional approach to client care
