Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading hardware provider who are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team due to business growth.
**Due to the location, there are no public transport provisions, so having your own transport will be required**
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working alongside the rest of the warehouse team to ensure the swift picking & packing of customer orders.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00.
Salary: £12.71 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Picking orders accurately and efficiently
- Packing orders to ensure safe delivery
- Labelling items clearly and correctly
- Operating warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse Operative:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Counterbalance FLT Licence is an advantage but not essential
- Previous warehouse experience
